Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We see people by appointment only, so please book on WhatsApp, by phone or online before you visit.
How long does a visit take?
Most packages take around 1 to 3 hours, depending on the tests included.
Do I need to fast?
Panels with fasting glucose or a lipid profile need 8–12 hours without food. Plain water is fine. We confirm what applies when you book.
When will I get my results?
For most packages, results are ready within 24 to 72 hours. When your report is ready, we contact you to schedule your review.
