Our screening services: choose the type of health screening you need
Pick by your health needs: a full health check, a life stage, one organ or a specific question. Every package includes a one-to-one report review and an InBody body-composition scan.
Blood test packages
Comprehensive health screening with a one-to-one report review. Gold, Platinum and Diamond cover 80 to 96 tests, from RM599 (promotional price): organ function, blood sugar, heart risk markers, vitamins and cancer markers. Heart screening looks for early signs of cardiovascular risk, and VIP Cancer Monitoring tracks tumour markers over time. Tumour markers cannot diagnose or rule out cancer.
Hormones and life stages
Targeted panels for specific questions. Tiredness, mood changes, weight changes or poor sleep can have a hormonal side that a standard screening does not look at. The Male Hormone Health Profile and Female Vitality Assessment are RM1,640 each, and the Anti-Aging Hormone Package covers 105 tests. Couples can book pre-marital screening together, or a fertility panel when planning a baby.
Organ and nutrient checks
Focused tests for one system. The kidney function test uses blood and urine markers such as creatinine, eGFR and cystatin C. Liver screening pairs the AFP marker with a liver function panel. The nutrient test checks vitamins and minerals such as D3, B12, iron and magnesium. Ovarian (CA 125) and pancreatic (CA 19-9) screening use tumour markers.
Allergy and sensitivity
With an honest account of what each test shows. Specific IgE blood testing looks for true allergies, from one blood draw with no skin pricks. IgG food testing reflects exposure, so we use it to guide a supervised elimination trial, not as a list of foods to cut. The eczema test looks for likely allergy triggers.
Specialised testing
Single-focus panels; ask us first whether you need one. The heavy metal test uses blood and urine to measure mercury, lead, arsenic and cadmium. For intestinal permeability, we explain honestly where the evidence stops before you spend. We do not offer hair mineral analysis.
For employers
Corporate health and wellness. HRDF-claimable health talks and nutrition workshops, delivered by a registered dietitian and HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, in English, BM, Mandarin and Hokkien.
The main tests in a health screening: blood test and urine
Most of what screening is good at picking up early comes from a few core blood and urine tests. Our packages are built on these, plus an InBody body-composition scan, for a clear picture of your overall health.
| Test | What it checks |
|---|---|
| Full blood count | Red cells, white cells and platelets: can flag anaemia or infection |
| Fasting glucose or HbA1c | Blood sugar control, prediabetes and diabetes, which are often silent |
| Lipid profile | Cholesterol and triglycerides, for heart risk |
| Kidney function and eGFR | How well your kidneys filter, which can decline without symptoms |
| Liver function | Liver enzymes and proteins; fatty liver is often first flagged here |
| Urine analysis | Protein, blood and glucose in your urine |
Reference ranges vary by laboratory. See our guide to blood test results explained .

Who needs a medical check-up, and how often
- Under 30 and generally healthy: every two to three years is usually reasonable.
- 30 to 40: every one to two years, especially with a family history of diabetes or heart disease.
- Over 40: once a year, as metabolic and heart risk rises with age.
- Living with diabetes, high blood pressure or other risk factors: follow the interval your doctor sets.
These are general guides. See what to expect at a medical check-up .
What screening can and cannot do
Regular health screening is a proactive step. It supports early detection: it can pick up early signs of potential health issues and help you understand your current health and risks. It does not diagnose, and a normal result reflects your health on that day, not a guarantee. If a result needs attention, we explain what it means and when to see a doctor.
Health screening in Kuala Lumpur: FAQ
Which health screening should I start with?
For a general health screening, Gold is a solid starting point. If you have a specific concern, such as hormones, allergies or keeping track of cancer markers, start with that service, or WhatsApp us and we will help you choose.
Do I need to fast before a health screening?
Panels with fasting glucose or a lipid profile need 8–12 hours of fasting. Plain water is fine. Some tests, such as the allergy blood test, need no fasting. We confirm what applies when you book.
Can you tailor a screening to my concerns?
Yes. Tell us your health concerns and we will help tailor a screening to them. Bring any previous medical reports so we can compare your results over time.
Who reviews my results?
Every package includes a report review with our healthcare team, and most include a dedicated dietitian consultation to translate your results into practical guidance.
