Where Are You Located?
We’re based in Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, with easy access from KL, PJ and the wider Klang Valley. Our clinic is designed to feel warm, not clinical. You can find our exact location and map on the Contact Us page.
What Are Your Operating Hours?
We’re open Tuesday to Saturday, from 9:30am to 5:30pm. We rest on
Sundays, Mondays and public holidays, just like your body needs rest too.
Do I Need an Appointment?
We operate by appointment only, so we can give you our undivided attention. Call or WhatsApp us to book a slot that suits you.

Everyone. From babies with allergies to seniors tracking hormones, we have packages for every life stage.
Preparation
How Do I Know Which Package is Right for Me?
Simple. Just call or WhatsApp us. Our team will guide you based on your age, symptoms, or concerns. We’re happy to chat before you commit.
How Long Will My Screening Take?
Depending on the package, expect to spend 1–3 hours with us. But don’t worry, we’ll keep you comfortable.
Can I Eat Before My Test?
For most blood tests, fasting 8–10 hours is needed. You can drink water. Our team will give specific instructions beforehand.
Will I Get My Results the Same Day?
Yes. Most packages include same-day results, along with a private consultation to discuss what it all means with a dietitian by your side.
Payment
How Much Does It Cost?
Current package prices are listed on our Essential Blood Test Packages page. We also offer custom add-ons if needed.
Do You Accept Insurance?
Insurance? We operate on a pay-per-service basis. However, you can submit our receipt to your insurer for reimbursement (subject to their terms).
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers.
