Location, hours and appointments
Where are you located?
We are at Unit 3A-08, Oval Damansara, 685 Jalan Damansara, 60000 Kuala Lumpur, with easy access from KL, PJ and the wider Klang Valley. Our clinic is designed to feel warm, not clinical. You can find the map on our contact page .
What are your operating hours?
We are open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm. We are closed on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We work by appointment only, so we can give you our full attention. Call or WhatsApp us on +60 11-2626 1586 to book a slot that suits you.
Who do you serve?
Everyone. From babies with allergies to seniors tracking hormones, we have packages for every life stage.
Choosing a package and getting ready
How do I know which package is right for me?
Just call or WhatsApp us. Our team will guide you based on your age, symptoms or concerns. We are happy to chat before you commit.
How long will my screening take?
Depending on the package, most visits take around 1 to 3 hours. We will keep you comfortable.
Can I eat before my test?
Panels that include fasting glucose or a lipid profile need 8–12 hours of fasting. Plain water is fine. Our team will give you specific instructions before your visit.
Will I get my results the same day?
Usually not. Routine results usually take 24–72 hours, and specialised panels may take longer. Every package includes a one-to-one report review, where our dietitian team goes through what your results mean and what to do next.
Prices, insurance and payment
How much does it cost?
Current package prices are listed on our Essential Blood Test Packages page. We also offer custom add-ons if needed. Prices may change; please confirm when you book.
Do you accept insurance?
We work on a pay-per-service basis. You can submit our receipt to your insurer for reimbursement, subject to their terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit and credit cards, e-wallets and bank transfers.
Groups, children and needles
Do you do group screenings?
Yes. We offer corporate and group health packages for your team or community. Contact us and we will be glad to support your wellness plans.
Do you offer allergy testing for kids?
We do. Our Infant Allergy Test is a gentle option for children dealing with rashes, sinus problems or picky eating that may be linked to food allergies or intolerances. See our allergy test page or our guide to allergy in children .
I’m afraid of needles. Is the test painful?
We hear this often. Our experienced staff use gentle, child-friendly techniques to make the experience as quick and stress-free as possible. You are in caring hands.
