  • InBody muscle and fat composition analysis

What is tested

  • IgE and IgG antibody testing
  • Common allergens: dairy, gluten, seafood, nuts, eggs, dust, pollen, mites

Worth knowing: IgE points to a true allergy. IgG reflects exposure, so we use it to guide a supervised elimination trial — not as a list of foods to cut. How allergy testing works

How it works

From booking to a plan you can use

No hospital queues. We see people by appointment, so waiting times stay short.

  1. Book on WhatsApp

Send your age, main concern and a preferred date. We are open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am–5pm.

  2. Come in for your blood draw

At Oval Damansara. If your package includes fasting glucose or a lipid profile, fast for 8–12 hours. Plain water is fine.

  3. Get your results

Routine results are usually ready in 24–72 hours. Specialised panels can take longer; we confirm timing when you book.

  4. Go through them together

A one-to-one review of every result, with personalised nutrition guidance you can start on straight away.

Why we cost more than a walk-in lab

A walk-in lab is the quickest, cheapest way to get a set of numbers. If numbers are all you need, it is a good choice.

Our packages cost more because the price includes time with our team: a one-to-one review that goes through every result with you, an InBody body-composition scan, and nutrition guidance you can act on. That is the part most screenings leave out.

Honest about what a test can show

Some popular tests are oversold. We tell you what each one can and cannot tell you, before you pay for it.

  • Allergy testing : IgE identifies true allergies; we explain where IgG fits and where it does not.
  • Food intolerance : IgG reflects exposure, so it guides an elimination trial rather than a list of banned foods.
  • Leaky gut testing : what the science supports, and what we check first.
  • Functional lab testing : what is evidence-based and what is not.
  • Hair mineral analysis: we do not offer it. For metals, blood and urine are the validated samples.
Single-focus panels

Specialised individual tests

For a specific question. Each includes an InBody scan and a one-to-one report review with dietitian interpretation. Ask us first whether one suits you — for many people, a core package answers the question.

Ask which test suits you

The basics

What a basic health screening package should include

Whichever provider you choose, a sensible basic package covers a few core tests. This is where screening is most useful.

  • Full blood count: anaemia, infection and platelet problems
  • Fasting glucose or HbA1c: prediabetes and diabetes, which are often silent
  • Lipid profile: cholesterol and heart risk
  • Kidney function with eGFR: kidney function can decline without symptoms
  • Liver function: fatty liver is common in Malaysia and often first flagged here
  • Urine analysis: protein, blood and glucose in your urine

Our Gold Screening is the usual starting point: full blood examination, kidney, liver and thyroid function, HbA1c and heart risk markers, core cancer markers and a urinalysis, plus an InBody scan. A smaller panel that is properly explained does more for your health than a bigger one that nobody explains. See how to choose a health screening package .

Why it matters

Why get a regular health screening?

Many common conditions develop quietly. Raised blood sugar, high cholesterol, fatty liver and reduced kidney function often cause no symptoms at first. A blood test can pick up early signs while there is still plenty you can do through food and lifestyle.

Screening is preventive. It flags risk and prompts the next step. It does not diagnose, and a normal result reflects your health on that day.

Who it is for

Who should consider a blood test package?

  • Adults who want a yearly baseline of their health
  • Anyone over 40: once a year is a sensible rhythm
  • People with a family history of diabetes or heart disease
  • People living with diabetes or high blood pressure, at the interval their doctor sets
  • Anyone changing their diet who wants real numbers to measure progress against

Before your blood test

  • Follow the fasting guidance for your package. Panels with fasting glucose or a lipid profile need 8–12 hours without food; plain water is fine.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which blood test package should I start with?

For a general yearly check-up, Gold is a solid starting point. If you have a specific concern — hormones, allergies or keeping track of cancer markers — start with that package, or WhatsApp us and we will help you choose.

Do your blood test packages include a dietitian review?

Every package includes a report review with our healthcare team, and most include a dedicated dietitian consultation to translate your results into practical guidance.

How much do blood test packages cost?

Packages start from RM599 for Gold and VIP Cancer Monitoring. Current promotional prices are listed above; please confirm pricing when you book.

Are there any promotions on blood test packages?

Yes. The prices shown are current promotional prices, with the usual price beside each one; for example, Gold is RM599 (usual RM830). Prices may change; please confirm when you book.

Do I need to fast before a blood test?

Some panels, such as fasting glucose and lipid profiles, need 8–12 hours of fasting. Plain water is fine. We will confirm what applies to your package.

How long does it take to get my results?

Routine results are usually available within 24–72 hours. Specialised panels may take longer; we will confirm timing when you book.

How is this different from a walk-in lab?

A walk-in lab gives you a report. Our packages add a one-to-one review of every result, an InBody body-composition scan and nutrition guidance, so you know what the numbers mean and what to do next.

Can I book a blood test package online?

Yes. WhatsApp us on +60 11-2626 1586 with your age, main concern and preferred date, or use our contact page , and our team will help you choose and book your appointment.

Not sure which package fits?

Tell us your age and health concerns. We will help you choose the right package.
